simple OS X Titlebarcontrols

Leopard and Snow Leopard Titlebarcontrols

this particular titlebarcontrols-design already exists (was done by someone else) but i couldn´t find any
links, nor to the author or the download link, so i made a similar version of it. please notify me if there
is any problem?!!
